Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Technical Sheets Creator (website, calculator, PDF exports, and related content). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Free and Pro plans

Technical Sheets Creator offers a free plan (limited to 3 recipes, no cloud save) and a Pro plan (unlimited recipes, cloud save, €9.00 per month). Features of each plan may change over time. We will notify active Pro subscribers of material changes by email.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your data

You own the recipe and ingredient data you create. We store it securely to provide the service. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Use of the service

The service is provided for operational assistance in recipe costing and menu planning. You are responsible for your use of results and for compliance with applicable law in your jurisdiction. The service is intended for business and professional use.

No professional advice

Nothing on the service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or business advice. All numbers and examples are illustrative and must be validated by you before making business decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no illegal activity, no disruption attempts, no abusive automated access, no scraping, and no infringement of third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Third-party services

The service uses third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Google Analytics (analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
