Introduction

Technical Sheets Creator ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable law including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

We collect data you provide directly: your email address and password when you create an account; recipe and ingredient data you enter in the calculator; messages you send via the contact form. We also collect technical data automatically: IP address (used for geo-detection of language and currency defaults), browser type, pages visited, and usage analytics via Google Analytics 4.

User accounts

Account authentication is handled by Supabase, a secure cloud platform. Your email and password are stored securely by Supabase. Your recipe and ingredient data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database and is only accessible to your account. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.

Payments and billing

Payments for Technical Sheets Creator Pro are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status in our database. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's privacy policy available at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to remember your language preference and keep you logged in. We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to third parties.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the service, process your subscription, send transactional emails (such as your welcome email and password reset), and respond to your support requests. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

Data retention

We retain your account and recipe data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription your data remains accessible on the free plan. You can request deletion of your account and all data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or EEA you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights please contact us via the contact page.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication, supabase.com); Stripe (payment processing, stripe.com); Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics, policies.google.com/privacy); Resend (transactional email, resend.com); Vercel (hosting, vercel.com); Cloudflare (DNS and security, cloudflare.com).
